Horse Wisdom Inspiring Sensitive Humans
We offer Equine Gestalt Coaching for YOU, especially if you are searching, unsure, wondering, lost, seeking, doubting, or standing at a crossroads on your life's travels.
We work with you, and the ten-foot stone wall that's blocking your path, and we help you to figure out how to climb across it. We recognize that you are capable and courageous, and working together with the wisdom of our horses, in tandem with Gestalt concepts and co-active coaching, we empower you to uncover your own answers and discover a higher understanding of your own Self.
Vision
Michelle Devitt and HorseWISH offer Equine Gestalt Coaching. We strive to provide a positive, kind, vibrant and creative outdoor environment alongside the horses, and to create unique experiences which will lead the Client on a trail of explorations of Self, Learnings and Life. We specialize in Family Histories, Epigenetic Ancestral Trauma, Grief Work and Creative Visuals.
Mission
We welcome all Clients without judgement or bias, in an honest, confidential and safe space; to allow each person to be fully seen and heard, not only by the Coach, but by the horses, and by the person’s own Self; to enable each person to work authentically and wholistically to reach awareness and clarity about their life’s path.
"No philosophers so thoroughly comprehend us as dogs and horses" ~ Herman Melville.
How do we do this?
Often times, our answers are right under our noses, but negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, regret, anger, shame or grief, can prevent us from finding our way forward and gaining clarity.
We work with the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method™ created by psychotherapist Melisa Pearce. We are trauma-informed trained, and we are non-diagnostic, non-labelling and non-judgmental. We perceive you to be strong and knowledgeable, ready and capable to work through your challenges.
Our horses are partners with us in the work; they live in the present moment, neither regretting the past nor fearing the future, but being right here, right now. Gestalt Theory works in a similar way, encouraging us to be right here, right now.
Life is best enjoyed when we are fully present and appreciative of all that is surrounding us – neither dragged back by past traumas, nor projected forward to future suppositions – in the present, IN THE NOW!
"Live your life with arms wide open. Today is where your book begins, the rest is still unwritten" - Natasha Bedingfield.
